A unique house with all amenities for a relaxing holiday or a temporary stay (workation possible). The house is located in the centre of St. Martin. The holiday feeling begins right outside the front door.

Smoking is not allowed in the house or on the artificial grass.

The hinterhaus is not barrier-free due to its historical age. There are steps and steep stairs. Also not suitable for children.
Parking facilities: For loading and unloading, you can stop briefly opposite the courtyard entrance. The parking spaces in the centre of the village are reserved for residents. Paid parking is 2-3 minutes (200 m) away on foot. Recommended parking: Am Pfarrgarten 4.
