The Kalmit Tower will be exclusively opened for this special event, inviting you to explore its secrets. Inside the tower, you will learn exciting stories about its historical significance and gain insights into how weather records have evolved over the years. Afterwards, you will ascend via the spiral staircase to the observation platform – an experience perfect for explorers and adventurers. The view, on a clear day, of the Rhine Plain, the Palatinate Forest Biosphere Reserve, and the surrounding regions is unparalleled. With a bit of luck, you may witness a magical sunset, followed by a starlit sky that invites you to linger and marvel. A glass of wine and a small snack complete this extraordinary nature experience.
Note: The visit to the Kalmit Tower is at your own risk. Please remember to wear sturdy footwear! Since it will be dark after the tour, we recommend bringing a flashlight.
