Aber auch unser kleines Dorf Dölsach bietet gute Gastronomie, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bäckereien, und Hersteller von bäuerlichen Produkten. Wer wandern möchte, kann von uns direkt losgehen. Kathrin weiß immer einen Rat! Sie können aber auch einfach nur auf Ihrem großzügigen Balkon oder Ihrer eigenen Terrasse relaxen. Die Jakoberkaser ist eine urige Almhütte auf 2014 m Seehöhe am Fuße des Rotsteines, direkt am Pustertaler Almwanderweg im Jakobertal der Gemeinde Assling gelegen. Die Hütte verfügt über eine große Wohnküche mit Holz- und Gasherd, fließendes Wasser sowie elektrischen Strom. Im hinteren Teil befinden sich 2 Schlafzimmer. Ein Zimmer mit einem Stockbett und ein Schlafzimmer mit einem Stockbett und einem Einzelbett. Zudem kann die Couch in der Küche ebenfalls zum Schlafen verwendet werden.

Our house is split in three levels has two bathrooms and 2 kitchens. the place is so ideal if you want to spent your holidays with two families. For more relaxing you can use the sauna ( for a small extra fee ). the third floor has a bit low sealing but for kids it will be like paradise. we had also many adults that spent the nights there without any problems. at the terras there is a big grill that ca be used anytime. in the winter time you can use the free ski bus almost directly from the house. The ski lopes are at about 5 km. In Lienz we have two mountains "Hochtstein and Zettersfeld" with beautifull ski lopes. In the summer you can go hiking and mountain biking directly from our house and a lot of other activities.

Am Balkon und auf den Sonnenterrassen (teils mit Liegestühlen) kann man bis am Abend die Sonnenstrahlen so richtig auskosten und lässt sich mit traditionellen und regionalen Gerichten, wie Osttiroler Schlipfkrapfen, verwöhnen.

Die 73 Jahre alte Hütte wurde von uns in liebevoller Handarbeit mit dem notwendingen Komfort ausgestattet und renoviert.  Auf der Terrasse haben Sie einen wunderschönen Ausblick über den kompletten Lienzer Talboden bis zum Kärntner Tor.  Hinter der Hütte lädt ein gemauerter Grill zu schönen gemeinsame und entspannten Grillabenden ein. Die nächste Stadt befindet sich nur 11 km entfernt. In Lienz finden Sie eine wunderschöne Altstadt mit vielen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Freitaktivitäten. Im Winter ist die HÜtte zu Fuß bzw. bei An und Abreise durch ein Skidoo zu erreichen. Langzeitparkplatz bei der Talstation oder beim Sporthotel ( Bergstraße - Allrad bzw Schneeketten empfohlen) Der Lifteinstieg mit Skiern ist in ca. 50 m Entfernung. Gepäcktransport mit dem Skidoo möglich (10€ pro Fahrt).

Das Haus liegt sehr zentral am Stadtrand von Lienz und ist idealer Ausgangspunkt für sportliche Aktivitäten und Ausflüge in Ost-und Südtirol.
