Our luxuriously renovated comfort rooms, approximately 23 m² in size, feature a balcony and are equipped with stylish, spacious bathrooms that meet the latest standards. The themes of "Nature and Gemstones" have been skillfully implemented in the design of the rooms to create a harmonious atmosphere. We also placed great emphasis on sleep comfort. Each room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and satellite reception.

Our hotel also offers five standard rooms that are more affordable due to their simpler furnishings (16 m² in size, small bathroom, no balcony).

Free Wi-Fi is available in all rooms.

Enjoy a varied breakfast buffet in the winter garden of Hotel Steuer. Our restaurant and café offer a selection of regional dishes, international cuisine, and homemade cakes.

Terms and Conditions

1. The guest accommodation contract is concluded as soon as the room is ordered and confirmed by phone or in writing, or, if written confirmation is not possible due to time constraints, has been made available.

2. The conclusion of the guest accommodation contract obligates the contracting parties to fulfill the contract, regardless of the duration for which the contract was concluded.

3. The innkeeper (hotelier) is obliged to compensate the guest for damages in case the room is not made available.

4. Invoices from the hotel are due for payment immediately upon receipt without deduction. In case of payment delay, the hotel is entitled to charge customary default interest. For each reminder after default occurs, a reminder fee of €5.00 may be imposed.

5. The guest is obliged to pay the agreed or customary operating price in case of non-utilization of the contractual services, minus the expenses saved by the innkeeper (hotelier).

Cancellation fees:
Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival; from the 7th day, 60% of the room price is due; in case of no-show, we will charge 100%.

Cancellation fees for package deals:
Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival; from the 21st day up to 3 days prior, we charge 60%; thereafter and in case of no-show, we will charge 100%.

6. The innkeeper (hotelier) is obliged to make every effort in good faith to reallocate unused rooms or suites as far as possible to avoid losses.

7. Until the room is allocated elsewhere, the guest must pay the amount calculated according to point 4 for the duration of the contract.

8. The exclusive place of jurisdiction is the business location, here Idar-Oberstein.
