General information

Wellness house for 6 people

Relax with family in this quiet accommodation for a maximum of 6 people, centrally located in the Biosphere Park Lungau. Surrounded by several modern ski areas and wonderful cross-country ski trails, there are countless opportunities for ski tourers at all levels of difficulty. All lift, leisure, and recreational options are reachable within 30 minutes. In summer, we are known as a hiking paradise, and biosphere means livable space, where holidays still offer relaxation.

Kitchen:

Very cozy furnished and equipped with a wood stove, this room conveys a wellness atmosphere. All dishes, glasses, and available utensils can be used.

Living room:

Please do not use the dishes and glasses. The cabinet contains private and personal items. Private photos are also present.

Entrance hall:

A vacuum cleaner and cleaning supplies, as well as toilet paper and kitchen rolls, are sufficiently available.

Bathroom:

There are enough hand and bath towels for 6 people in the bathrooms. Hand soap is at the sinks and there is also a hairdryer.

All living areas are accessible. In the basement, there is a washing machine and a clothes dryer as well as a deep freezer. After consultation, these devices can also be used. In the basement staircase, there is a microwave and a first aid kit.

The garage can also be used with 1 parking space.

Garden:

In the garden, there is an open grill chimney as well as a garden hut.

Further information:

The kitchen stove may only be used explicitly after personal instruction. Wood can be taken from the attached wood storage hut.

The tools in the basement and garage may also be used after consultation.

All furnishings and tools are photo documented and thus traceable. In case of loss or absence after departure, a report will be filed.

The neighborhood:

Very quiet location with no immediate adjacent neighbors.

Transport:

The town center with all shopping options is 2 km away and easily reachable by car, bike, or on foot. The nearest grocery supermarket is 500 m away.
