General information

Our Apartment house is a litte bit outside of the village, in a quiet and pleasent place with a beautiful view over Mauterndorf.
All the appartments are modern furnished, divided in a combined living-sleeping room with TV, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom with bath tube or shower.
To keep yourself in a good shape you can have a nice bath in our pool or pass sometime in the sauna.
Parking available.

Inclusive:
Heating,electricity, water, parking, pool, table tennis and table soccer.
final cleaning ( € 80,00 to € 125,00)and local tax.

Exclusive:

Sauna (per session € 35,00 for 4-5 persons ), extra bed ( € 18,00 per day), baby bed (€ 7,00 per day), domestic animals (€ 4,00 per day without food).

How to reach us:

Drive through St. Gertrauden until you reach the church on the left hand side and go up the mountain (Fanningberg) for 1,2 km, when you reach the first crossing (chapel) go ahead turning left, next crossing drive on straight ahead and if you come to third crossing turn left. Pass the old farmhouse, after 200 meters you will reach our apartment house
" Lärchenhof".
