General information

Our pure vacation apartments are located in 2 adjacent multi-family houses in a quiet location on the outskirts. It is a 15-minute walk to the beautiful old town of St. Wendel, as well as the train station and various shops. There are various opportunities to do sports in the immediate vicinity of the house. Hiking, cycling, skating, swimming, riding or just enjoying the peace and quiet. Free WiFi is available in all apartments. There is a washing machine and dryer in the basement. We always have a compartment in our freezer ready for you for any frozen food. On request, we will be happy to provide you with additional pillows and blankets. The houses have a strolling and taster garden with a rose pavilion, as well as a cozy guest garden with a covered seating area, children's play box, a children's climbing house with slide, barbecue area, and lockable bicycle shed. You will also find sun loungers to relax and enjoy the sun in the guest garden. We have reserved free parking spaces for our guests directly in front of the house. The prices per apartment are based on an occupancy of 2 full-paying guests, we charge € 10 per person / night for each additional person in the apartment. We charge € 10 per night for children. For short stays of 1 to 2 nights we charge a short stay surcharge of 20.00 per stay / unit.

Additional information

Our prices include all the usual ancillary costs such as electricity, water, heating, WiFi, bed linen, towels and final cleaning. The prices per apartment are based on an occupancy with 2 full-paying guests, we charge € 10 per person / night for each additional person in the apartment. Children are charged at € 10 / person / night. For short stays of 1 to 2 nights, we charge a short stay surcharge of € 20 per stay / unit. Regardless of which booking method you use, you will immediately receive a detailed booking confirmation from us with all payment methods and account details.
