Das Stadtzentrum von Bad Neuenahr, die Ahr-Therme, die Kurklinken (Knappschaft-Klinik) oder den Kurpark erreichen Sie in nur wenigen Gehminuten. Sie wohnen in einer sehr komfortabel, modern und lichtdurchfluteten 2-Zimmerwohnung (55m²) im Erdgeschoss (Hochparterre 6 Stufen bis zur Wohnung). In der Wohnung ist alles ebenerdig und Sie können sich mit einem Rollator bewegen. Die Wohnung befindet sich im hinteren Teil des Hauses auf dem komplett eingezäunten Grundstück mit eigenem Eingang und PKW Parkplatz. Ihr Hund ist bei uns herzlich Willkommen und wird sich durch den großen eingezäunten Garten sehr wohl fühlen. Die Wohnung verfügt über ein Wohnzimmer mit einer gemütlichen Ledercouch und einem Fernsehsessel mit Fußhocker der zum Träumen oder Lesen einlädt. Die moderne und sehr hochwertige Küche (Firma Poggenpohl), mit Spülmaschine und vielen Elektrogeräten lädt zum gemütlichen Kochen ein. Der Wohnungsgrundriss ist offen gehalten. Das wunderschöne große Schlafzimmer mit Blick in den Garten verfügt über ein gemütliches Doppelbett (2,00 x 1,80 - Lattenroste Höhenverstellbar), sowie einem Einzelbett (2,00 x 0,80), ein großer Kleiderschrank und eine Kommode. Das harmonisch eingerichtete Tageslichtbad mit Dusche läßt Ihren Urlaubstag entspannt beginnen. Die große Terrasse mit Süd/Ost Ausrichtung und einem herrlichen Ausblick in den Garten lädt mit sehr bequemen verstellbaren Stühlen zum verweilen ein. Die Ausstattung der gesamten Wohnung ist sehr komfortabel und mit Liebe zum Detail gewählt worden. Wir legen sehr großen Wert auf Sauberkeit und das bestätigen uns auch immer wieder unsere lieben Gäste. Sie werden sich von Anfang an in unserem Haus sehr wohl fühlen. Unsere Gäste schätzen die tolle Ausstattung und unseren hohen Reinigungsstandard. Die Ferienwohnung liegt zentral in einer ruhigen Nebenstrasse in der Nähe der großen Kurkliniken. Nur 5 Minuten vom Bahnhof, der Innenstadt, den Ahrthermen und dem Kurpark entfernt. Die Ferienwohnung 74 m², Wohnzimmer, Küche, Wintergarten, Bad/WC, wurde 2005 zur Ferienwohnung ausgebaut und befindet sich im Erdgeschoß mit Gartennutzung. Eine kleine Laube spendet auch an heissen Tagen ein wenig Schatten.
