The "Leon d´Oro" house has got 7 apartments: double-rooms, triple-rooms and a great comfortable attic Suite.
Each apartment has independently regulated heating, house-phone, TV LCD/SAT; WIFI Wireless; bathroom with bath or shower; lumber-room with walk in wardrobe.
The kitchen is wisely furnished by all the necessary you will need: kitchen-wares and refined table-linen, gas stove, refrigerator with ice-box.
The bed-rooms are inserted in a tastefully and confortable context that will make your holiday really expecially and unforgettable.
At disposal of our guests a Reception desk rich of depliants and booklet realy useful for living at best every minute of your holiday; a bike storage; a laundry-room with a free washing machine.
By request we also have any garages situated nearby our house (about 150 m), outside the old medieval walls and the historical center, or a special permission for parking in the on-payment streets of the town ("Blue zone").

Privat garage (150 m far from the house): 12,00 Euro/per day or 60,00 Euro/per week.
Special parking permission in town-center ("Blue Zone"): 5,00 Euro/per day.
Cot and baby chair: 5,00 Euro/per day.
Small pets: 5,00 Euro/per day.
Tourist tax (from 01.11.2015), payable in cash: 0,70 Euro/per day/per person (children under 14 years old are free) and not more as 7,00 Euro/per person/per stay.
