Villa al Fiume is in a peaceful and quiet location surrounded by nature.
There is something for everyone, whether you’re seeking relaxation or sports. The peace of the Sarca River, which flows through verdant surroundings beside the premises, gives a sense of complete relaxation to everyone. The apartments are just a few minutes from the lake and right at the start of the cycle path connecting all of Trentino Alto Adige.

We are pleased to welcome you to the comfort of our attractive new building, featuring comfortable apartments with spacious interior and exterior living areas. All have two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a living room and private parking. From here you can reach all the sports activities offered in the area in just a few minutes, both on the lake and in the mountains: you’ll be spoiled for choice!

Please inform us of your expected time of arrival in advance. You can provide this information when booking or contact the Villa using the details given on the booking confirmation.
CANCELLATION/ADVANCE PAYMENT Bookings are considered as confirmed with payment of a deposit, of 25% of the total amount of the stay, by bank transfer to our current account. Payment will be made in cash upon your arrival. You may cancel/modify free of charge up to 30 days before arrival. Cancellations/Modifications later than 30 days before arrival will be charged the full amount.
Pets not allowed - All apartments are non-smoking - Tourist tax: EUR 1,00 per night per person, excluding children under 14 years of age up to 10 days of stay. From December 1, 2021 € 1,50
